- Develop and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions
- Integrate D365 FO with other platforms and systems
- Collaborate with the Solutions Architect to create technical specifications
- Prepare detailed technical design documents
- Oversee custom development and perform quality assurance
- Ensure SLA compliance for incident, problem, service request, and change management
- Lead and participate in client meetings and discussions
- Manage project deliverables and timelines
- Produce documentation and white papers for training and case studies
- Provide expertise and guidance to team members
- Work in both cloud and on-premise ERP environments
- Communicate professionally with clients through calls and emails
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience Level: 5-10 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO development.
