Responsibilities

  1. Partnership Development:
  2. Identify, approach, and negotiate with potential partners including KOLs, and community owners or lead traders.
  3. Build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships to expand Echobit’s influence and ecosystem.
  4. Market Expansion:
  5. Research and develop go-to-market strategies for key regions (e.g., SEA, India, Turkey, EU, LATAM).
  6. Explore local growth opportunities and execute user acquisition initiatives.
  7. Campaign Execution:
  8. Collaborate with marketing and community teams to plan and execute joint campaigns, trading competitions, and incentive programs.
  9. Track partner performance, optimize ROI, and prepare performance reports.
  10. Community & Ecosystem Engagement:
  11. Engage with crypto communities to promote Echobit’s vision and key features.
  12. Support BD-related events such as AMAs, meetups, or online partnerships.



Requirements

  • Experience: 1–3+ years in Business Development, Marketing, or Partnerships within Web3 / Crypto / Fintech sectors.
  • Network: Strong connections with KOLs, communities, or regional crypto networks.
  • Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Languages: Proficient in English (additional local languages are a plus).



Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in exchanges, wallets, or Web3 marketing agencies.
  • Proven track record in partnership growth or affiliate programs.
  • Understanding of user growth funnels and token incentive mechanics.
