KwikCare is seeking a Customer Support Associate who will serve as the main point of contact for both insurers and members. You’ll play a key role in providing prompt, empathetic, and solution-oriented assistance—ensuring every client receives the high-quality service KwikCare is known for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound communications from members and insurers via phone, email, and chat.
- Accurate handling of enrollment information of members.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve member and insurer concerns efficiently.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions.
- Uphold service standards and ensure client satisfaction through professionalism and care.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in any field.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service (insurance enrollment or healthcare background preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail with member's information and ability to multitask.
- Customer-focused with a proactive problem-solving attitude.
- Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules.
- Must be comfortable working in a hybrid setup (2x a month onsite only) and shifting schedule (day/mid shift only).
