• Encode and update data for Parts Inventory Official List (PIA)
• Encode data for SMR Raw Info
• Other DENR encoding related works
• Other DOLE encoding related works
• BFP Related Encoding Works - FSMR
• Assist in encoding Audit Results
• Encode technical information for purchase of an item (Purchase Request)
• Printing and Distribution of PMS Papers fo the entire week
• Printing and Distribution of other Technical Related Schedules
• Assist in record keeping and maintenance of ISO and FSSC Files
