Production Supervisor

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering

- Work experience of 3 years in any manufacturing industry

- Experience in manufacturing of nails (paco), screws, or industries that operate wire drawing machines

- Proven experience as hands-on supervisor

- Should be detail oriented, fast learner, and adaptive to a fast-paced work environment

- Possesses exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Should be willing to be hands on

Responsibilities

Performs hands-on work in the extrusion of welding electrodes

- Supervise and lead the team in the machine line

- Conduct regular maintenance (e.g. greasing) of machines and equipment

- Ensure all subordinates adhere to safety policies

- Produce production reports for outputs of wire drawing and cutting machines
