ArcPay Arbitrum is a policy-controlled operating account for autonomous agent businesses. Instead of giving agents raw wallet access, ArcPay gives operators a full control layer: agent registry, ERC-8004-style identity, x402 paid endpoints, escrowed orders, USDC invoices and spend cards, risk checks, privacy intents, reputation, and audit evidence.

The Arbitrum build includes live deployed contracts on Arbitrum Sepolia, a live x402 gateway, GMX execution proof, ZeroDev sponsored smart-account proof, Fhenix confidential policy proof, Dune evidence surfaces, OpenAPI docs, llms.txt, CLI, MCP server, and starter kit packages for other builders to integrate their agents.

Progreso del hackathon

During the buildathon we built and deployed the Arbitrum version of ArcPay from the ArcPay agent treasury concept into a live testnet MVP. Completed work includes the frontend app, wallet/workspace flow, deployed Arbitrum Sepolia contracts, x402 payment flow, escrow/order lifecycle, USDC card vault, invoice book, privacy vault, risk oracle, reputation book, ERC-8004-style agent identity, execution router, GMX proof integration, ZeroDev sponsored UserOp proof, Fhenix policy proof, Dune evidence, CLI, MCP server, starter kit, OpenAPI docs, llms.txt, status checks, and audit/proof pages.

Pre-seed / strategic. Not running a priced public raise yet; currently focused on hackathon validation, testnet usage, ecosystem grants, and strategic partnerships with agent, x402, wallet, and L2 infrastructure teams.
