SETTL — Programmable Cashflow Infrastructure for Receivables (RealFi) Built on Mantle Network
The Problem
B2B sellers, freelancers, and stablecoin earners wait 30–90 days to get paid while payroll, vendors, and ops costs are due now. In the U.S. alone, ~$3.1T sits trapped in outstanding invoices at any given time. Traditional factoring is slow, paperwork-heavy, and priced for institutions not modern internet businesses or crypto-native teams.
The Solution
SETTL compresses invoicing + financing + settlement into one atomic on-chain flow:
Invoice Link: Create a Stripe-like payment link that mints a tokenized receipt (ERC-721) on Mantle
On-Demand Advance: Seller can request an advance (e.g., 70–80% LTV, tiered by
ZK-reputation) funded by on-chain liquidity pools and Increase LTV by verifying assets using zkTLSBuyer Pays Once: A single stablecoin payment triggers settlement
Atomic Waterfall: One transaction executes: protocol fee → advance repayment → seller payout → reputation update - "One Click UX"
The Compounding Value
Every successful payment builds ZK-backed reputation (proofs without exposing sensitive data), unlocking higher limits and better pricing over time.
Liquidity providers fund advance pools and earn a target APY (depending on risk tier) from real cashflow (fees + credit spreads). Yield enhanced via on-chain Defi strategies.
