Factory payroll for shift workers: AI roster review, batch pay, verified pay slips
ShiftLedger is factory payroll for Industrial 5.0.
Problem: Factories across Southeast Asia still pay shift workers late from spreadsheets and slow bank rails. Workers often have no clear proof of wages. HR reconciles payroll by hand.
Solution:
1. Import a shift roster (CSV) or add workers in the app
2. AI-assisted review checks hours, overtime, rates, and payout accounts
3. Employer pays the approved batch in one stablecoin settlement on Ethereum Sepolia
4. Each worker gets a verified pay slip tied to the shift period and payment record
This is a human-centric workplace tool: the clerk stays in control, the system helps catch mistakes, and workers keep portable proof of pay.

Built ShiftLedger from scratch during ChainHack 2026 (new repo after track reveal, not recycled).
