  One of the top three prizes of this track is reserved for a selected team building on Robinhood Chain.

Think of this as the open brief - no prescribed direction, no narrow categories. We're looking for the team that shows everyone else what should be built here.

In addition to the cash prizes, the Arbitrum Foundation may allocate milestone-based grants of up to $70k total to select projects on a case-by-case basis. The grant winners may not be announced at the IRL event directly, but at a later date.
