The Hackathon at SpaceCon is a dynamic 24-hour innovation marathon, designed to bring together brilliant minds from diverse backgrounds. Participants collaborate to solve real-world problems in the realm of space technology and its applications. Hosted by the Space Society Nakshatra and the Debugging Society of NSUT, the event challenges participants to ideate, design, and prototype solutions using cutting-edge technologies on three tracks: Generative AI, Machine Learning (ML), and Web 3.0/Blockchain. The hackathon will also be live on the Devfolio Platform.

審査員基準
Problem Statements: Teams will receive 2-3 problem statements within their chosen theme on the event day.
Winner Criteria
The judging panel will evaluate submissions based on the following parameters:
Feasibility and Applicability: 35%
The practicality of the solution in real-world applications.
Relevance to space technology.
Innovation and Technical Execution: 30%
Creativity and uniqueness of the solution.
Quality of technical implementation.
User Interface and Experience: 20%
Usability and intuitiveness of the prototype.
Presentation and Clarity: 15%
Effectiveness of the presentation.
Clarity in communication during the Q&A session.
Additional considerations include the team’s understanding of the problem statement, problem-solving approach, and performance during the event.
General Guidelines:
Team Size: Teams can consist of 2-4 participants.
Eligibility: All participants must register prior to the hackathon and have valid identification.
Project Scope: Projects must align with the hackathon’s theme (if applicable) and be started from scratch during the event.
Code of Conduct: All participants must adhere to the event’s code of conduct, ensuring respect, inclusivity, and collaboration.
Submission Guidelines:
Submissions must include:
Source code (GitHub/other repositories).
A brief description of the project and its purpose.
A demo video or live demo link (optional but encouraged).
Presentation: Teams must prepare a 3-5 minute pitch to showcase their project to the judges.
Disqualifications:
Failure to adhere to the rules.
Any form of cheating or misconduct.
Incomplete submissions.
Code Of Conduct:
Treat all participants, mentors, and organizers with respect.
Avoid disruptive behavior and harassment.
Report any issues to the organizing committee.
