ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Human Resources (HR) Associate who will help manage our company’s people operations. From hiring and onboarding to employee support and development. This role plays a key part in making sure our employees are engaged, motivated, and equipped to do their best work.
1. Recruitment and Onboarding
- Help with the full hiring process: posting jobs, screening resumes, setting interviews, and doing background checks.
 - Guide new hires through onboarding and orientation to help them understand company policies and culture.
 
2. Training and Development
- Identify employee training needs and help organize learning sessions or workshops.
 
3. Performance Management
- Support goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback discussions.
 
4. Employee Relations and Support
- Act as a contact person for employee questions about policies, benefits, or workplace concerns.
 - Help resolve employee issues and maintain a positive work environment.
 
5. HR Operations and Compliance
- Ensure company policies follow labor laws and regulations.
 - Help with internal HR audits and compliance tasks.
 
6. Benefits and Compensation
- Assist in managing employee benefits, government contributions, and payroll processing.
 - Make sure salary computations and deductions are accurate and paid on time.
 
7. Other HR and Administrative Tasks
- Prepare HR reports (e.g., headcount, turnover, etc.).
 - Help with HR projects and other tasks assigned by the company.
 - Stay updated on HR trends and best practices.
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
 - Atleast 2-3 years of experience in HR or administrative work (experience in advertising or related fields is a plus)
 - Basic knowledge of HR systems and tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS) is an advantage
 - Strong communication and people skills
 - Good attention to detail and organization
 - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
 - Familiar with labor laws and general HR practices
