• Rapidly build expertise in cryptocurrency mining hardware, firmware, and software; data center infrastructure (static and modular); energy markets (regulated, deregulated, off-grid); mechanical engineering (air-flow management and immersion technology); joint ventures and other corporate structuring; financial markets (mining valuations, and financing); portfolio and treasury management (managing an ASIC portfolio, BTC holdings); and more.
• Help deliver exciting new technologies such as mining pool services, financing services, ASIC management software, custom firmware to miners.
• Build and maintain relationships with key mining farms and miners located across North America.
• Help build Spider presence globally, attend conferences, talk on podcasts, and write articles.
• Diligence mining sites and colocations to find good partners to expand our mining farms. Maintain relationships with dozens of energy producers and hosting facilities globally.
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for the customer, ensuring a smooth integration experience.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in the crypto mining space working with ASICs and GPUs (professional/hobby).
• Basic understanding of mining pool software, power markets, energy infrastructure, data centers infrastructure, and shipping logistics, including insurance and tariffs.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, media, and business partners.
• Ability to travel multiple times per quarter.
• English as working language.
