- Identify and develop new business opportunities in security and CCTV solutions
- Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial offers
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- At least 3–5 years of business development or sales leadership experience
- Must have background in the CCTV industry
- Strong network in corporate, commercial, or government sectors
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Results-driven and strategic thinker
