We are looking for an experienced Web3 Customer Support Trainer to design and deliver training programs for our customer support team. This role requires strong English training capability, a solid understanding of crypto exchange products, and hands-on experience in customer support or related roles. The trainer will ensure agents are well-equipped to handle user inquiries professionally, accurately, and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
-Deliver onboarding and ongoing training for customer support agents in English and Chinese
-Design and update training materials covering exchange products, workflows, SOPs, and compliance requirements
- Provide product training on spot trading, futures, account functions, KYC, risk control, and user flows
- Conduct assessments, quizzes, and performance evaluations to measure training effectiveness
Requirements
- Strong spoken and written English, able to conduct full training sessions independently
- Solid understanding of Web3 / crypto exchange products (spot, futures, accounts, KYC, etc.)
- Previous experience in customer support, CS training, or exchange operations is highly preferred
