Job Responsibilities:

1. Event Planning and Execution: Responsible for end-to-end coordination of Web3 online/offline events, including AMAs, community activities, online campaigns, offline meetups, etc., to enhance brand influence and user engagement.

2. Growth-Driven and Ecosystem Partnerships: Expand and maintain partnerships with ecosystem projects, KOLs, and community partners, drive joint activities and resource exchanges, and contribute to user growth and ecosystem development.

3. Data Tracking and Optimization: Establish event data indicator systems, regularly produce performance review reports, and use data to drive strategy iteration.

4. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, BD, and other teams to integrate resources and ensure efficient execution of complex projects.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 2 years of operational experience in the blockchain/Web3 industry, and proven successful cases in event planning or ecosystem partnerships.

2. Familiar with the Web3 industry ecosystem, with in-depth understanding of mainstream chains, projects, and communities, and able to quickly establish cooperative relationships.

3. Strong execution and project management skills, capable of managing multiple events simultaneously while ensuring high-quality delivery.

4. Fluent in English, able to independently handle overseas project对接, global community operations, and English content writing.

5. Long-term optimism about Web3, data-driven mindset, resilient under pressure, and adaptable to remote collaboration and fast-paced work environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in overseas project integration or global community operations is preferred.

· Familiarity with Web3 growth platforms or community management tools is preferred.
