Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Monitor sales performance and prepare sales reports
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
• Conduct training and coaching sessions for team members
• Coordinate with marketing and other departments to maximize sales growth
• Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Proven experience in sales (Managerial experience is an advantage)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and performance-oriented
• Proficient in MS Office and sales reporting tools
