JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree Holder
• At least 8 to 10 years of experience in a Senior Accounting manager role
• Willing to work in Dasmarinas Cavite
• Amendable work as soon as possible
• Amenable to attend face to face interview

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead end-to-end accounting operations, including financial reporting, compliance, and general ledger management to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Oversee costing and job costing processes, ensuring proper allocation of costs and providing insights to support pricing and profitability analysis.
• Establish, monitor, and strengthen internal controls and cash management processes to safeguard company assets and ensure financial stability.
• Deliver timely and accurate financial reports and analysis to support management decision-making and strategic planning.
• Drive continuous improvement of accounting processes and systems to enhance efficiency, scalability, and alignment with business growth.
