Requirements

- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in ticketing systems, strong customer service skills, and helpdesk software knowledge.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
