Description
- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
- Install, configure, and maintain network systems and databases to enhance performance.
- Assist in the implementation of network security measures to protect organizational data.
- Conduct training sessions for users on software applications and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating when necessary to higher-level support.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in IT support or a related role
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Network Security and Database Management (SQL, MongoDB)
- Skills and Competencies: Strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office
