Customer Support Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls to promote products and services
• Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions
• Build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships
• Resolve concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales quotas
• Accurately document all customer interactions

Qualifications

• High school or senior high school graduate
• Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
• BPO experience = big plus
• Must be flexible with shifting schedules (graveyard, weekends, holidays)
