CONTRACTS SUPERVISOR

D. M Consunji, Inc. is seeking a qualified and experienced Contracts Supervisor to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing contract administration, project cost management, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer.
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in Contract Management, Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimation, and Bid Preparation
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Knowledgeable in contract administration, budgeting, and commercial management

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review project budgets and cost reports
• Administer, monitor, and ensure compliance with contract requirements
• Oversee the preparation, execution, and interpretation of contracts
• Coordinate with project teams regarding cost monitoring and commercial concerns
• Participate in cost review meetings and provide recommendations to management
• Review contractual deliverables and commercial submissions
• Coordinate with Engineering and Business Development teams during bid preparation and project tendering
• Ensure adherence to company policies, contractual obligations, and safety standards
