Job Overview
As a Concierge, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our premium members. Your goal is to deliver an outstanding customer experience by providing tailored support, handling inquiries warmly and efficiently, and resolving account-related concerns with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-touch, exceptional service as the first point of contact for premium-paying members.
- Address member inquiries, resolve concerns, and handle account-related issues accurately and promptly.
- Foster positive, long-term relationships by ensuring every interaction meets high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of member accounts, perks, and service offerings to provide relevant assistance.
Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 6–12 months of customer service or a related role.
- Skills & Competencies: Strong verbal communication, active listening, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
