Job Responsibilities

Participate in and execute the Company’s business strategy for Cyprus/Dubai, formulate targets and implementation strategies for the derivatives business.

Build and manage the regional business team to deliver overall regional business objectives.

Lead regional channel development and KOL strategy execution, enabling end-to-end integration of B2B partnerships and C-user acquisition.

Roll out regional marketing campaigns as required by the Company.

Support iteration and improvement of relevant products.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of regional business team management experience and over 3 years of experience in the digital currency industry; CFD financial experience is preferred.
• Proven track record of business cooperation in the financial sector, with extensive KOL networks in the Middle East or South Africa.
• Self-motivated, with strong communication skills and teamwork mindset.
• Business negotiation proficiency in English; additional language proficiency (Middle Eastern / South African language or Chinese) is a plus.
