Bermuda is a private P2P execution environment for trading tokenized stocks and crypto in size: atomic settlement, private to the market and auditable by regulators.
It serves the trading desks and market makers moving $250K+ at once, who today lose to slippage on a public AMM or negotiate in slow, unauditable Telegram OTC chats.
Bermuda's edge is auditable confidentiality: trades are negotiated and settled privately. The chain never sees size, price, or counterparties, while a regulator with a viewing key sees everything. It plugs into any venue via API, so traders don't need migrate.
It's built and running end-to-end on Robinhood Chain testnet, part of the broader Bermuda privacy protocol.
