WatcherForte

Progress During Hackathon: WatcherForte was built from scratch during Forte Hacks 2025 (October 1-31, 2025). The project development journey included: Week 1-2: Foundation Designed smart contract architecture for watcher registry and scheduled transaction handler Deployed core contracts to Flow Testnet (WatcherRegistry and CustomWatcherHandler at 0x0d2b623d26790e50) Integrated Flow Transaction Scheduler for automated on-chain execution Built React frontend with FCL wallet integration Week 3: Integration & Features Integrated Find Labs API for real-time blockchain data and price feeds Developed Telegram bot service for instant price alerts Implemented multi-bot architecture for scalable notifications Created dashboard UI with real-time monitoring capabilities Week 4: Polish & Deployment Completed end-to-end testing with scheduled transactions executing successfully on testnet Deployed frontend and backend services Verified all scheduled transactions executing autonomously on Flow blockchain Published video demo and social media content The project successfully demonstrates Forte's scheduled transactions in production, with verified executions visible on FlowScan testnet. All smart contracts are deployed and operational on Flow Testnet, showcasing fully decentralized automation without external dependencies.
