We propose a decentralized agent-simulation subnet on Bittensor that transforms predictive accuracy into a cryptoeconomic primitive. Inspired by centralized multi-agent forecasting systems, miners operate competing simulation models and are rewarded based on statistically verified forecasting performance using calibration and Brier scores. Rather than rewarding capital allocation like traditional prediction markets, the subnet rewards measurable intelligence.
