説明

Pool Party is an on-chain investment fund anyone can create. The manager decides, the contract holds the money, and nobody ever hands their money to anyone.

The problem: people want someone they trust to invest for them, a friend who gets crypto or a professional manager. Today the options are handing over custody, copy trading, or curated vaults whose rules depend on people. Only 1 in 10 crypto owners has ever used DeFi, because doing it alone is a nightmare.

Any protocol, one rulebook: in Pool Party every DeFi protocol is an adapter. A strategy can combine blue chips like Uniswap, Aave, Morpho, GMX and Pendle, or brand-new protocols that are far less battle-tested. Any protocol can be plugged in. That choice belongs to the manager, and the risk is shown to investors before they join.

The mandate is immutable: when a manager creates a fund, they set its mandate (which protocols and chains it can touch, the strategy, caps and fees). Once the mandate is set, it can never be changed, not even by the manager. Anything outside it simply cannot happen, so investors always know exactly what their money can and cannot do.

For investors: sign in with Google, pay with Apple Pay or a card, and receive fund shares. No wallet setup, no gas, no seed phrase. Every step also has a public, permissionless path, so the fund keeps working without Pool Party.

Traction: v1 has been live for a year and a half, mostly on Arbitrum One, with TVL peaking at 500K USD, all organic, with no venture funding. The protocol runs on its own fees. After deploying on Robinhood Chain during this Buildathon, users grew over 10% in two weeks with zero paid marketing.

Built during the Buildathon: Pool Party v2, shipped on mainnet. The fund's books live on Arbitrum One and positions run on Robinhood Chain with USDG. Across moves the capital and Wormhole carries value reports between chains. Next: the audit, the API, and pluggable AI managers.

ハッカソンの進行状況

Everything below was built inside the Buildathon window (Sep 14 - Oct 4, 2026). Sep 15: deployed Pool Party v1 on Robinhood Chain mainnet, with USDG as the entry currency. Users grew over 10% in two weeks with zero paid marketing. Sep 29 - Oct 3: built Pool Party v2 in a new public repository, github.com/PoolPartyLabs/smartcontract-v2 (869 commits, 32 merged pull requests): - Immutable fund Mandate: set once when the fund is created, it fixes which protocols, chains, caps and fees the fund can use. Nothing outside it can execute, and it can never be changed. - Protocols as adapters: any protocol can be plugged in. Live today: Uniswap V4 positions, Uniswap V3 swaps, Aave V3 supply and the Across bridge. - Hub-and-spoke fund: Core Vault and share token on Arbitrum One, Spoke Vault on Robinhood Chain with USDG. Across moves the capital, Wormhole carries orders and value reports. - Full fund lifecycle: deposits, payouts, income withdrawals, fee caps, and fund closure with frozen exits. - Testing: 1,548 unit and invariant tests plus 227 mainnet-fork tests against Arbitrum One and Robinhood Chain, zero failures. A two-fork end-to-end run passed 55 steps and 319 assertions with 6 real fills. Oct 3: deployed v2 on both mainnets as an internal alpha (Pool Party capital only). Contracts verified 24/24 on Arbiscan and 11/11 on Robinhood Chain via Sourcify. The first guardian-signed cross-chain value report was delivered in 858 seconds. Next: external audit, public launch, the API, and pluggable AI managers.

資金調達の状況

Bootstrapped. We raised a $100K family, friends and fools round and have no venture or institutional investors. The protocol already runs on its own fees.
