説明

The Arbitrum Web3 AI UX Hub addresses a major gap in the ecosystem: the lack of UX standards, tooling, and frameworks tailored to Arbitrum and Layer 2 applications.

The project consists of two core components:

Web3 UX Library – A structured, AI-ingestible knowledge base containing Arbitrum-specific UX principles, best practices, frameworks, and real-world examples. It helps teams quickly access guidance for common challenges such as bridging, gas fees, withdrawal delays, network selection, and transaction finality.

Automated UX Audit Agent – An AI-powered tool that analyzes a dApp through its URL and screenshots, then generates a comprehensive UX report including quality scoring, heuristic evaluation, accessibility review, UX writing analysis, and prioritized recommendations.

Unlike generic UX tools, the system is grounded in an Arbitrum-native framework that evaluates experiences through the lens of rollup architecture, bridge trust assumptions, L1/L2 interactions, gas communication, retryable tickets, and ecosystem-specific user flows.

Powered by a RAG-based architecture, every audit strengthens the knowledge base, creating a continuously improving UX resource for the entire Arbitrum ecosystem. The result is a scalable way to raise product quality, reduce user friction, and accelerate adoption across Arbitrum applications.

Side-note: This project was previously submitted to the Arbitrum New Protocols & Ideas Grant Program, where it received positive feedback from reviewers. Due to a track eligibility issue, the submission could not be considered, and although we were encouraged to reapply, the program was later discontinued. The experience helped validate both the relevance of the problem and the potential value of the solution for the Arbitrum ecosystem.

During the Buildathon, we focused on building the core infrastructure required to provide scalable UX support for builders across the Arbitrum ecosystem. - Developed a custom AI-powered UX analysis framework, with prompting and evaluation criteria specifically tailored to Web3 and Arbitrum-specific challenges. The audits cover key UX dimensions including heuristic analysis, UX writing, accessibility, visual design principles, and component consistency. - Built a dedicated Arbitrum UX Library, containing curated content, best practices, patterns, and educational resources to help teams design more user-centric Web3 products and improve onboarding, trust, and retention. - Implemented an on-chain NFT certification system, allowing projects that meet defined UX quality standards to mint a certificate representing their compliance with UX standards and helping establish a shared benchmark for UX excellence across the ecosystem. - Integrated EVM wallet connectivity and credit-based payments, providing a seamless Web3-native experience for accessing the platform. Implemented SSO authentication, enabling frictionless onboarding and allowing teams to quickly access the platform using familiar identity providers. - Created an audit history and comparison system, allowing teams to track previous evaluations, compare results over time, and measure UX improvements after implementing recommendations. Overall, the Buildathon enabled us to establish the foundations of what we believe is still missing in Web3: UX infrastructure. Our mission is to democratize access to product and UX expertise, empower builders with actionable guidance, and ultimately raise the quality, usability, and adoption of applications built on Arbitrum.
