Due to the anonymity of web3, companies struggle to obtain documents like proof of departure when hiring, making it hard to verify the authenticity of resumes. Web3 companies often recruit remote workers, leading to hackers disguising resumes to steal private keys, implant malware, and harm company security, reducing trust between job seekers and companies. We aim to use NFTs to record work experience on the blockchain, increasing trust in recruitment. If successful, we can add a recruitment module in the app for revenue.
