Technical Writer | No Experience Needed

MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for Technical Writers!

Work Schedule and Arrangement: 10 AM - 7 PM PHT from Monday to Friday, Office-based

Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu

Responsibilities:

• Writing user manuals, release notes documents, scripts, newsletter articles, and other related internal documents.
• Researching available product information and coordinating with subject matter experts.
• Testing the technical features of the software and determining the best user-friendly instructions to use.
• Ensuring that a document’s final draft complies with the team’s established guidelines and specifications.
• Applies appropriate levels of editorial treatment to existing documents.
• Meeting deadlines accordingly.

Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):

• Monthly salary of 16,000 - 22,000
• New hire bonus of 5,000 
• Monthly Risk Allowance of 2,000

Requirements:

• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply!
• College graduate of any program
• Having an existing Portfolio is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and multi tasking skills
• Excellent technical writing skills
• Comfortable with and able to understand technical information
• Able to convey technical information in a simple, organized, concise, and understandable manner
• Insistent in getting accurate information from various sources
• Being able to work independently & without supervision
• Time conscious or has good time management
• Excellent American English verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft applications 
• Physically fit to work in a BPO setting
• Willing to work in our office at Cebu IT Park
• Willing to work during holidays and weekends
