Business Solutions Head

• Their responsibilities revolve around devising strategies to optimize overall IT operations, setting objectives, managing the budgets and schedules, liaising with internal and external parties, identifying the strengths and weaknesses of procedures, and implementing solutions to problem areas.

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Computer Science

• Knowledgeable in business analysis, project management, process improvement implementation

• Minimum of five (5) years of work experience in any business analysis or project management role for a financial or non-financial institution

• Very strong communication skills (oral and written), strong analytical skills, exposure to project lifecycle, multi-dimensional thinker, multi-tasker

• Persistent, curious, and with ardent desire to learn new process/standards/industry practice and creative
