Junior Product Manager

GoTeam is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. Your client is a leading property management platform based in Australia, offering innovative solutions to streamline the rental process. With a strong focus on providing a seamless experience for both landlords and tenants, the platform simplifies property management through its user-friendly interface, automation capabilities, and comprehensive features. By leveraging technology and industry expertise, Client revolutionizes the rental market, making it easier and more efficient for property owners and renters to navigate the rental journey.

In this position, you will be:



• Conducting product vs. budget analysis every sprint, providing insightful reports to stakeholders and allocating budgets for each product.
• Collaborating and coordinating with the marketing team to create compelling visuals, engaging blurbs, and well-defined workflows for new features prior to deployment.
• Defining clear goals for each sprint, creating effective release plans, and ensuring proper distribution of tasks, all while understanding and representing user needs.
• Contributing to the development and design of workflows through extensive research, acting as a key liaison between teams to define the product's vision and identify the most critical problems to solve.
• Defining, refining, and regularly updating the product roadmap to align with business objectives, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Facilitating alignment among stakeholders and the team, ensuring a shared understanding of the product's vision and goals.
• Establishing a comprehensive knowledge base across teams, empowering independent decision-making and taking responsibility for maintaining and updating the product's documentation.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for integrations-related development and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders 
• Overseeing and improving the team's usage of the Scrum Methodology
• Strategizing and analyzing project tasks, strategically prioritizing product features and capabilities based on business priorities and user impact.
• Effectively communicating new releases, product features, bug fixes, and updates to the entire team and live users

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in fields related to business administration or industrial engineering is preferred
• Solid experience working in a technology-oriented workplace or with technology-focused end-products, demonstrating a strong understanding of the industry's dynamics and requirements.
• Previous experience in the entrepreneurial field is a plus
• Prior experience in product management or product deployment is highly desirable
• Proven experience in managing and resolving interpersonal conflicts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and collaborate effectively 
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, and familiarity with project management tools and software.

Willingness to relocate to Cebu City or ability to work in the office for an initial 3-month period, with a transition to a hybrid work set-up.
