Digital Content Creator

The incumbent is expected to develop clear, appealing, consistent, and client-centric communications for people that are impacted by IT initiatives, including project sponsors and leaders.

Content will be delivered in multiple formats, such as videos, leaflets, infographics, images, web sites, user guides, e-learning, e-mail and presentation decks.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

The dedicated resource should have the following qualifications, expertise, and experience:

• More than 5 years of solid experience particularly in the field of communications and marketing, digital media design, video production, eLearning development and implementation
• Prior recent work in developing videos and content for ITD projects is an advantage.
• Candidates are expected to provide a portfolio of relevant work with their application.
• A strong awareness and understanding of business processes and guidelines is an advantage.
• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and professionalism is a must.
• Experience working with cloud-based productivity tools (Office 365, SharePoint)
• Experience in designing and developing eLearning courseware and self-paced training
• Expertise with the following content authoring tools: Camtasia, SnagIt, Powtoon, Sound Forge and Adobe Creative Cloud applications (especially Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator)
• Knowledge of standards for learning management platforms (SCORM, xAPI, cmi5) is an advantage.

Minimum General Experience: 7 Years

Minimum Specific Experience (relevant to assignment): 5 Years
