Senior Business Analyst (Automation and Apps Framework)

The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and validating the business needs of stakeholders, including customers and end-users. The incumbent will perform stakeholder interviews and gather user requirements to determine the necessary technology solutions. This role requires excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to aid the business in making informed technology decisions. She/he will work closely with the Team/Platform Lead to explore technologies that can enhance business processes and optimize solution architecture. S/he will play a vital role in ensuring that IT comprehends the business's requirements. 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Management, Accounting or any related course
• At least 8 years of solid experience in business analysis
• 5 years of experience in designing and documenting business processes
• 5 years of experience in quality assurance and testing IT applications
• Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development
• Experience overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products.
• Demonstrated project management skills and project management software skills, including planning, organizing, and managing resources.
• Understanding of application development and software development life cycle concepts
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies, DevOps. CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) and testing/quality assurance.  
• Preferably with knowledge on Microsoft Technology Stack products such as SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate and other emerging technologies
• Demonstrated teamwork (ability to work with others to achieve more effective results)
• Must have excellent written and spoken communication skills in English  
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
