- Aware of Philippines law and regulations especially in Fintech Lending industry
- Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
- Acquiring prospective partners in target markets
- Playing a key role in negotiating and executing deals, contract, etc by closely working with cross functional teams
- Solidifying, and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders
- Training business development staff
- Pro-actively working with BD teammates to craft and share best practices efficiently using common resources
- Demonstrate strong track record in stakeholder management, commercialization skill and project management
- Excellent cross-functional project management, problem-solving, negotiation, interpersonal, and communications skills
- At least 2 years of experience in Banking, Payment platform or 1 year experience in Fintech industry
- Ability to work independently and deal effectively with complex, changing, and ambiguous environment
- Ability to initiate and maintain strong relationships with relevant industry partners
- Strong creativity and problem-solving skills
- Strong code of ethics and sound business judgment required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Have law/legal background is a plus point
