Job Description
- Generate Sales Production for the company via managing and leading a group of sales consultants selling properties from the company’s different types of Real Estate Projects
- Provide guidance and strategies for their assigned sales team
- Plan and execute sales and marketing strategies to ensure excellent sales production for the team and meet the required team quota
- Providing post-sale customer service for their own clients
- Ensures Sales Target Quota are met
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have managerial experience for at least 3 years in the Real Estate industry.
- Must be able to recruit his/her own Sales Team
- Should be CPD Accredited Real Estate Salesperson
- Licensed Real Estate Broker is a plus
- Must have his/her own team of at least 3 personal sellers
