Business Development and Strategy

SALARY is NEGOTIABLE!!!

This position entails strategic marketing and operations planning with top management. executives, setting objectives, and determining methods to achieve the operational goals and requirements of the company.

Business Development

• Assist the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in the monitoring and implementation of corporate strategies and ensure alignment with divisional and departmental objectives.
• Building solid relationships with clients, partners, platforms, and suppliers.

Research, Data, Gathering, and Analysis

• Provide timely reports on business performance, macro-economic fundamentals, competitive strategies, industry developments, global/local industry trends, and other items/topics that may be required
• Conduct data gathering/validation, research, analyses, studies, and projects.

Growth and Leadership

• Provide mentoring and professional guidance to all members of the team with a focus on developing functional, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Create multi-disciplinary technical innovation and solutions to support growth strategies

Communication and Feedback:

• Coordinates and addresses every concern that may arise from time to time.
• Ensures that all project deadlines vs output is documented, recorded, and coordinated with the Immediate Superior.

Requirements:

• A graduate of Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business, Economics, Market Research, finance, or any relevant course
• With at least two to three years of relevant work experience.
• Can start ASAP
• MUST be willing to work ONSITE
