Responsibilities:
- Deliver soft skills training to client and customer dealing employees
- Identify areas of opportunity and develop action plans and understand data while performing detailed problem analysis
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams for process improvements and standardization
- Enhance the competencies of individual employees by designing and conducting training programs that will boost employee's workplace performance in alliance with company's core values
- Manage daily, weekly and monthly reports with the stakeholders and share regular feedback with the agents
- Identify areas of opportunity and develop action plans and understand data while performing detailed problem analysis
- Collaborate across multiple teams for process improvements and standardization
Required Qualifications:
- A stronghold of the language (English) and good knowledge of grammar, pronunciation, spellings, and vocabulary
- Ability to speak clearly and fluently
- Effective training skills. The ability to teach and train other individuals
- Ability to hold the interest and attention of those seeking training
- Knowledge of training in delivery skills and delivery methods
- MS office proficiency
- Strong communication skills
- At least of 1-2 years of relevant experience in an International BPO
