- Responsible for market research, trade area assessment, site sourcing and acquisition, developing business and marketing plans, meeting with potential and existing franchisee.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field
- At least 2 years experience in the same capacity preferably in the F&B or retail industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and must be keen to details
- Highly organized and with excellent negotiation skills
