A resolute business development consultant with digital marketing and sales expertise for our online marketplace. The business development consultant will be required to realize our vision / mission for our marketplace- To make the marketplace the premier catalyst of transactions between SME borrowers and institutional lenders and between SME suppliers and corporate procurement teams. Throughout this process, you will develop relationships with partners, corporates, banks and major industry associations and government agencies to meet marketplace subscriber traction targets, working to consolidate this by using your expertise and the resources at your disposal.

Business Development Manager Responsibilities:

• Achieve KPIs/ KRAs for match.creditbpo.com.
• Establish short and long-term, actionable plans in consultation with management. Create a stakeholder network for the marketplace including leveraging the company's existing network and growing it
• Creating development plans and set revenue forecasts for the marketplace based on data
• Conducting regular, in-depth analyses of our company's sales pipelines, policies and processes to ascertain strengths and shortcomings, capture successes and opportunities.
• Scrutinize the market to identify target market needs, competitors' activities, and promising avenues.
• Communicate strategies with staff and partners to obtain their buy-in.

Business Development Manager Qualifications:

• Outstanding track record of achieving KPIs/ KRAs for an online marketplace that we can independently verify
• Business development expert with finance degree background
• Knowledge in project management tools (e.g. CRM software) and digital tools
• Can frame Strategic business plans and execute on plans
• Knowledgeable with Pipedrive
• Tech Savvy
