Job Responsibilities:
- Source and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards and social media platforms.
- Screen and review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Keep accurate records of candidate information and communications in the applicant tracking system.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.
- College Graduate
- Can work ASAP
- Amenable to work onsite (Pasay, MOA)
- Good with 2-3 months contract (possible for extension depending on performance)
- Good communication Skills
- Recruitment experience is preferred but not required
