Business Development and Advertising Specialist


Part-time 25 hours per week.


Remote Position.


EcoPak Australasia is a forward-thinking, eco-friendly packaging company located in Sydney, Australia. We are committed to providing sustainable and innovative food packaging to meet the evolving needs of businesses in the Australasian region of the world. We are looking for an enthusiastic person to help us get the word out about EcoPak and sustainability by researching and developing leads and booking appointments. You will be working at home and reporting to our office in Sydney via Viber, Skype and Email.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct research to identify potential clients and target markets.
  • Initiate outbound communications to engage with prospects and introduce our products/services.
  • Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria.
  • Maintain accurate and organized spreadsheets of contacts, including relevant information such as contact details, status, and interactions.
  • Regularly update contact databases with new information and leads.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with prospects through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Effectively communicate our company's value proposition and offerings.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on call activities, lead conversion rates, and pipeline progress.
  • Collaborate with the Australian team to analyse data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and strategies.
  • Provide feedback from customer interactions to help refine marketing materials and sales strategies.
  • Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking.
  • Assist in creating and curating engaging content for our website, blog, social media channels, and email campaigns.
  • Ability to work remotely with own computer, safe work space and internet access.
  • Ability to work during Sydney, Australia business hours.
  • Excellent oral and written Australian English skills.
  • Proven track record in similar role.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in similar role.
  • Positive, can-do attitude.
