Our European client is a revolutionary mobile app that digitalizes the entire skincare consumer journey. Using advanced AI technology, it analyzes individual skin profiles and recommends personalized skincare routines recommendations.

The app is designed to be a daily companion, empowering users to gain a deeper understanding of their skin and make informed decisions for optimal skin health.

The company has passed 1M downloads, and they are looking to grow their brand through social media. This is where you come in and shine!

What you will do

• Content creation: Produce educational, engaging, and promotional TikTok and Instagram content that aligns with the brand
• Scripting: Create clear and concise video scripts according to the content writing guide that convey skincare concepts and app features to our target audience
• Editing: Edit and enhance video content using TikTok and Instagram’s editing tools or external software to maintain a polished appearance according to brand guidelines
• Engagement: Monitor and respond to user comments, messages, and mentions across social media platforms to foster a sense of community and positive engagement
• Collaboration: Work alongside the marketing team to brainstorm content ideas and keep up with the content calendar and strategy
• Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, skincare industry news, and beauty-related topics to ensure the content remains relevant and trendy

About you

• Social Media Native: You're active on TikTok/Instagram and understand how they work
• Proven Track Record: You've created popular TikTok/Instagram content for brands and/or your personal accounts
• Language Skills: You’re a native English speaker
• Communication Skills: You have strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to explain complex skincare concepts in a simple and engaging manner
• Interest in Skincare: You're passionate about skincare and love diving into the science behind it
• Creative Skills: You're experienced in using digital creative tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe, etc.)
• Eye for Design: You have a good eye for aesthetics and understanding of a brand’s look and feel
• Time Management Skills: You can meet strict deadlines and publishing dates
