What is your mission?
- Responsible for lead harvesting/mining
- Develop, maintain and enrich leads of prospective clients/customers
- Ensure leads are kept warm by contacting potential clients and set up meeting with Sales team
Who are we looking for?
- College level
- Flawless verbal communication skills in American English language
- At least 2 years of BPO experience in sales, lead generation, appointment setting, or lead warming
- Ability to control the call
- Effective probing skills by knowing the right questions to ask to understanding what the prospect needs
- Active and attentive listening
- Ability to engage customers and resolve issues
- Ability to handle objections effectively
- Account management experience is a plus
- Can work in BGC, Taguig City
