  • Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts by building long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Develop and execute account plans, including setting objectives, strategy development, and monitoring progress.
