- Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts by building long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
- Develop and execute account plans, including setting objectives, strategy development, and monitoring progress.
- Participate and coordinate the pre-sales, the professional service, and resources to successful close the details with clients, at the same time to conforming to mandatory company processes
- Minimum 1 degree in Education
- At least 5 years of experience in Account Management
