Sales Manager

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in content-based e-commerce
• Experience with TikTok or other content-driven platforms or content-based commerce on either brand or platform side
• Identify, prioritize, and onboard Beauty merchants establish and scale the Beauty category on TikTok Shop across enterprise and key accounts
• Invest platform resources effectively and efficiently, and execute business development strategy by deeply understanding the TikTok Shop proposition and ecosystem, as well as the needs and decision drivers for brands
• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and case studies to onboard brands to TikTok Shop, build brand partnerships, and develop the [Cosmetics / Beauty & Personal Care] category
• Strong connections with brands and distributors
• Experience managing people managers of varying experience
• Ability to have strong connection/relationships with a genuine interest in customers’ success
• A proven penchant for creative problem-solving
• Proven track record of high-level negotiation
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Team player, fast learner and open to changes
• Proven track record of continually reaching and exceeding sales goals
• Collaborate in development of product marketing strategy including product launch process and go-to-market strategy.
• Collect and analyze sales trends,
• Support mid-management in quarterly report preparation.
• Contribute to recommendations to seize market based on analysis

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
• A minimum of 2 years of sales/marketing experience, working with relevant product lines, in relevant industries.
• Ability to work flexible schedule

This is a full time and work onsite arrangement

Working days: Monday - Saturday.
