Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve sales targets within the on-trade sector, focusing on hotels, restaurants, and casinos.
Identify and target new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and leveraging industry contacts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at on-trade accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to develop customized solutions that meet the unique needs of each account.
Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings and secure new business.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to the management team, providing insights and recommendations.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring profitable and mutually beneficial agreements.
Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure timely and accurate order processing, delivery, and resolution of any issues.
Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and regulations related to the on-trade sector, sharing knowledge with colleagues and clients.

8+ years of relevant on trade sales experience preferably in the industry of hospitality, food or casino.
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong Microsoft Office knowledge.
