Marketing Specialist

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our company's objectives, including identifying target audiences and market trends.
• Content Creation: Generate high-quality written content for the company, including blogs, PR articles, and more, to engage our target audience.
• Campaign and Social Media Management: Lead our social media presence, including content scheduling, community engagement, and insights analysis to continually enhance and optimize marketing campaigns.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Gather, analyze, and report on marketing insights across all platforms to assess performance and form future strategies.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and customer preferences, applying insights to marketing initiatives.
• Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all marketing materials and campaigns.
• Other tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Of course, what we expect from you are:

• Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• Strong understanding of marketing techniques, tools, and trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and drive ROI.
