  1. Provide customer support to company customers in the Philippines.
  2. Build and maintain good relationships and community building efforts with company's customers
  3. Guiding our customers with concerns, with a primary focus on ALL the company's service.
  4. Manage product and service enquiries and any customer issues arising from our customers
  5. Providing email and voice support for end-users.
  1. At least 6 months of working experience in Customer Service (Preferably)
  2. Completed at least 2 yrs of college education.
  3. Experience in Email and Voice is required.
  4. Proficiency in using Microsoft products such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word;
  5. Creativity skills, and excellent verbal/written communication skills in Filipino
  6. Ability to communicate results to management and in a fast-paced environment
  7. Can thrive under minimal supervision.
  8. Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
  9. Willing to work onsite (Ortigas, Pasig)
  10. Preferred candidates are those residing near Ortigas.
