● Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to qualify and understand the requirements of the role. (What is good to have vs must have etc.)
● Strong focus on direct sourcing on LinkedIn as well as local job boards. Must be able to come up with boolean search strings and use LinkedIn Recruiter's advanced search
● Screen candidates and ask effective questions to gauge both technical skills and cultural fit
● Manage the full cycle of recruitment from role qualification, candidate sourcing, and interviewing to offer management/ negotiation and closing
● 1-2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment ideally in both agency and in-house/RPO settings
● Excellent in direct sourcing of passive candidates, creating boolean search strings, and have experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
● Skilled in candidate and offer management
● A fast learner, detail-oriented, and strong communicator with the ability to manage and influence internal and external stakeholders across various levels
● Able to manage up to 15 requisitions independently at any point in time
